ASSEMBLY

OF THE MEMBERS

The Assembly is the highest deliberative body of the association as it represents the universality of the members and has the function of forming the will of the association in matters reserved to its competence by law or by the Constitution.

COUNCIL

DIRECTORS

The Executive Council is the executive body of the Association and is composed of a variable number of members, from three to nine, provided that they are in odd numbers, elected every 3 years. It must be convened by the president with a notice of at least 5 days, or even if requested by the majority of the members. The Board of Directors has all the powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration

DIRECTORS

The President is the legal representative of the association: he is the person in charge of the organization and legally represents the association towards third parties and in court. It coordinates the activity, convenes and presides over the meetings of the assembly and the board of directors and guarantees the execution of the resolutions.

BOARD OF AUDITORS

The Board of Auditors is composed of three members who hold office for three years and can be re-elected. The Chairman of the Board of Auditors is appointed by the Assembly. The members of the Board of Auditors are chosen from subjects in possession of specific technical and professional requirements in the field of accounting, auditing and taxation. Their primary task is to check the regularity of the financial statements and to supervise the correct keeping of books and accounting and tax documents.

TREASURER

The treasurer is responsible for keeping and updating the accounting books and preparing the balance sheet of the association; all other books are kept by the secretary.

COMMITTEES

TECHNICIANS

The Technical Committees are eventually appointed by the Board of Directors, and have the task of formulating opinions or proposals to the latter, in technical scientific terms. They are composed of members appointed by the Board of Directors and chosen from experts of adequate, proven and long-standing experience and professionalism in the reference sector. The internal regulations govern its operation.
